Introduction to Heavenly Suite 1701

DoubleTree by Hilton Taipei Zhongshan (referred to as DoubleTree Hotel below) is the second Hilton property to open in Taiwan, and the very first DoubleTree brand on the island. The exterior facing Zhongshan North Road features a modern glass curtain design, which practically guarantees incredible natural lighting for the rooms on that side. The southern side of the hotel, facing Qitiao Tong (Seventh Avenue), boasts split-level vertical green balconies, bringing the brand's tree-centric concept to life.
Before we dive into the Heavenly Suite, we need to explain the suite layouts and orientations.
Indeed, the rooms facing Zhongshan North Road are all either premium one-bedroom suites or dual-aspect corner rooms with balconies. The standard one-bedroom suites at DoubleTree typically end with "01". Rooms on the 8th floor and above feature a single King bed, while the 5th to 7th floors have twin beds—but they all fall under the one-bedroom suite category. The adjacent dual-aspect corner rooms end with "02". For family trips, you can book both 01 and 02 together as connected rooms; there's a set of double doors in the outer hallway that can be closed to create a private space for your family.
The top floor of DoubleTree is numbered 17, but since the hotel skips the 4th, 13th, and 14th floors, the 17th is technically the 14th floor.
The top-tier Heavenly Suite is room 1701. Because its layout is the largest suite in the building, there is no room 1702 on the 17th floor, and therefore no connected room option on this level.
The Heavenly Suite 1701 features a massive terrace. While the official English name says "with Balcony," an outdoor space without a roof is technically a terrace. You can vaguely see the green plants swaying on this terrace from the intersection of Zhongshan North Road and Nanjing East Road below.

Looking at the floor plan below, you can see that Heavenly Suite 1701 spans the entire architectural width of the hotel! The front area is the terrace, which actually sits on top of suite 1601 below—meaning the terrace itself is as wide as an entire 01 room. The room right next to it is 1703, completely skipping 1702.

Although Heavenly Suite 1701 cannot be directly booked via the official website or App—and even Hilton Honors Diamond members can only be upgraded for free up to 1601 or other 01 suites—this has made the suite somewhat of a mystery. Aside from some tour photos shared by members in the Hilton Hotel Traveller Facebook Group, you'll hardly find any actual stay reviews online. This only adds to its mystique and cements its status as a legendary suite!

Even though it sounds super secretive, there are actually a few promotional photos of the Heavenly Suite on the Hilton website if you know where to look.

Even with the official preview photos, they are heavily edited for brightness and lack close-ups of room details, not to mention there are no photos showing the massive terrace. It still doesn't compare to experiencing the spatial grandeur in person, which keeps the mystery alive!
Heavenly Suite = Presidential Suite? Why is it not for sale?
The official English name of the Heavenly Suite is: King One Bedroom Deluxe Suite with Balcony.

During our stay, we chatted with the front desk manager and asked: Why isn't the Heavenly Suite available for public booking?
It turns out that most hotels have a top-tier suite. In larger hotels, this is usually positioned as the Presidential Suite. There is usually only one in the entire hotel, highlighting its uniqueness and scarcity.
Medium-sized hotels like DoubleTree follow a similar strategy, positioning their sole Heavenly Suite at a Presidential Suite level. However, because it's not exceptionally massive, lacks a private meeting room, multiple bedrooms, or strict separation between a living and family room like a traditional Presidential Suite, it's technically categorized as a "Small Presidential Suite". That's why neither the English nor Chinese websites directly label it as a Presidential Suite. It's simply the hotel's highest-tier room. Yet, despite being a "Small Presidential Suite", its sales strategy and maintenance are handled exactly like a true Presidential Suite.

Click here for the official English website's Heavenly Suite page (Remember to click Suites, then the Room Details button under KING ONE BEDROOM DELUXE SUITE WITH BALCONY)
Because it's the only top-tier suite, it requires special care. Not selling it publicly adds a layer of protection against wear and tear on the room's furnishings. After all, fewer guests mean a lower chance of human-caused damage. Additionally, given its positioning, the target demographic is screened; it's generally reserved for VVIP guests or those with special requests. The hotel's sales and reservations teams review the guest's background and needs before approving the booking.
Since the target audience is VVIPs, the suite's maintenance and cleanliness are paramount. Aside from limiting bookings, the hotel conducts irregular health checks on the room and immediately addresses any issues. It fully aligns with what you'd expect for a room of this caliber!
The short English code for the Heavenly Suite on booking confirmations is: King 1bdrm Dlxste W/balcny

And the room code is: K1DRU1

Entrance and Foyer
The bold suite number 1701 sits right at the end of the hallway when you turn right from the 17th-floor elevator lobby. You can spot it from a distance, unlike the other 01 suites which are on the right side of the hallway ends.

Hilton has a policy that made staying with them during the pandemic exceptionally reassuring: the CleanStay program.

All DoubleTree rooms feature independent air conditioning and adhere to the highest standards of the Hilton CleanStay program. After a room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, a "CleanStay" seal is placed over the door, guaranteeing that no one has entered the room before your arrival. This level of hygiene was especially comforting during the pandemic, and naturally, the Heavenly Suite follows these exact top-tier protocols.

To the left of the entrance is a premium marble luggage rack that doubles as a shoe-changing bench. Underneath, there are two drawers for storage and a bottom shelf specifically for shoes. Having a dedicated shoe storage area keeps the entryway clear of clutter—a very thoughtful and user-friendly design.

On the right side of the door is a massive floor-to-ceiling mirror, perfect for a final outfit check before heading out. Another super practical interior design choice!

Living Room / Family Room
The living area of the Heavenly Suite actually combines the functions of a family room, living room, study desk, and mini-bar.

In Taiwan, home designs usually merge the living room and the family room. But in Western homes, the living room is a formal public space for hosting and chatting with guests, often featuring grand L-shaped sofas and rarely a TV.

Conversely, a family room is designed for the homeowners' personal needs—relaxing, brewing coffee, chatting with family, and watching TV. It feels cozier, more functional, and much more private.

Since the Heavenly Suite is a "Small Presidential Suite" with limited space, it merges these two areas (unlike the formal Presidential Suite at the Hilton Taipei Sinban, which has distinct zones). Thus, the living room here includes a TV, an L-shaped sofa, a work desk, and a mini-bar for making coffee and tea.

On sunny afternoons, because the floor-to-ceiling windows face west-northwest, the room gets some direct late-afternoon sun (west-facing exposure). Thankfully, the suite's air conditioning is incredibly powerful, so as long as it's set properly, you won't feel hot at all. Instead, the resulting light and shadows cast a breathtaking, unique landscape right inside the living room!

The sheer curtains are electronically controlled. Once lowered, they soften the harsh afternoon sun. The silhouettes of the little trees on the terrace cast beautiful shadows onto the curtains, perfectly echoing the "DoubleTree" brand identity. The swaying tree shadows look absolutely stunning!

Mini Bar Area
The Mini Bar area in the Heavenly Suite is probably the widest in the entire hotel (excluding bathroom counters, of course!). It features a beautiful granite countertop. Unlike standard rooms where tea bags and amenities are tucked away in drawers, the generous width of this counter means everything is proudly displayed on top, including the capsule coffee machine. This is a unique, exclusive perk of the Heavenly Suite!

In the right cabinet below the mini-bar is the mini-fridge, stocked as usual with complimentary colas and cold-brewed green tea. Speaking of hotel fridges, we often find them barely cold, but Hilton's mini-fridges are always powerful. You can safely store leftover food in here without a worry.

The left cabinet under the mini-bar slides out as a single-unit drawer system. In standard rooms, this is where wine glasses are kept, but because the upper shelves in the Heavenly Suite are so wide, all the wine glasses and tumblers are already displayed upside-down up top! You get double the glassware compared to standard rooms—another Heavenly Suite exclusive!

Even with the coffee machine and teas on the counter, there's still plenty of space left over. It becomes the perfect drop zone for guests walking in. We used it to place our welcome gifts, warm chocolate chip cookies, room keys, and welcome drink vouchers.

Right next to the mini-bar and desk is the walkway to the bedroom. One thing worth mentioning: among all the DoubleTree rooms with sliding doors, the Heavenly Suite is the only one that uses artificial leather framed in metal! Standard rooms just use wood-veneer doors. This adds an incredible touch of luxury and uniqueness!
By the way, the wall next to the sliding partition houses the independent AC controls for the living room and the switches for the electronic curtains.

Looking closely at the leather texture, it's gorgeous! The design extends from the sliding doors to the fixed partition walls on either side. Oh, and the wall by the study desk features a built-in three-tier display shelf with art pieces, adding a lovely touch of culture to the room.

If you look at the sliding door from the bedroom—which also has massive floor-to-ceiling windows—the golden hour sunlight reflecting off the leather makes the texture look even more stunning!

This kind of artificial leather decor is only seen here in the Heavenly Suite, though the Hotel Resonance Taipei (Tapestry Collection by Hilton) has something similar in their Resonance Suite.

Light-colored leather is notoriously difficult to maintain and keep clean. Yet, the sliding doors in the Heavenly Suite are absolutely spotless, without a single smudge! This proves how meticulously housekeeping maintains this room. It truly lives up to the CleanStay standard and its Small Presidential Suite title!

Bedroom
The Heavenly Suite's King bedroom is incredibly spacious. The bedside table lamps on both sides are wide-base models. In the standard 01 suites downstairs, the lamp near the bathroom is usually a short pendant light hanging from the ceiling. While the bedside tables are the same width, the walkways on both sides of the bed here are much wider than standard suites, ensuring the flow never feels cramped.

Additionally, the headboard design extends across the entire wall. In the downstairs 01 suites, the pattern only spans the width of the bed. Another Heavenly Suite exclusive!

At the foot of the bed, there's a long sofa bench. Because there's so much room, adding a bench doesn't make the space feel narrow at all.

Directly opposite the bed, just like in the living room, is a 55-inch free-standing 4K UHD LED TV. Behind the TV are huge floor-to-ceiling windows facing the terrace, flooding the bedroom with natural light. Note that these windows are fixed; there are no operable windows or doors leading directly to the terrace from here.

A quick note on the TVs: both the living room and bedroom feature Panasonic 55-inch 4K UHD Smart TVs (TH-55EX550W). Although their stands don't have wheels, the base is flat mirror glass. This is much better than the wheeled stands at the Hilton Taipei Sinban, which can be a tripping hazard. We much prefer this minimalist stand! It's also unique to the Heavenly Suite; other rooms have wall-mounted TVs.

The manufacturing date of the TV is very recent, matching the young three-year age of the hotel! Free-standing TVs are also much easier to plug an HDMI cable into. We actually hooked up our laptop to binge-watch Seqalu: Formosa 1867 during our stay. (For the living room TV, you just plug the HDMI into the wall port by the desk—super convenient!)

Another distinctive feature of the bedroom is its spectacular chandelier! Instead of standard recessed lighting, the bedroom is illuminated by an eight-bulb torch-style chandelier. Once again, an exclusive touch for the Heavenly Suite.

Because of these multiple bulbs, the bedroom remains incredibly bright even at night.

The wardrobe in the bedroom is the only area that feels a bit small. Compared to the downstairs 01 suites which feature walk-in closets, this is one aspect where the Heavenly Suite falls slightly short of the standard corner suites.

We needed to iron some clothes during our two-night stay. When we pulled out the ironing board, there was still plenty of room outside the closet. However, since there are no power outlets near the closet, we had to move the ironing board over to the walkway by the bedside table to plug it in. This made the actual ironing space quite tight, which is a minor flaw in the suite's design.

Towel Swans
The main purpose of this stay in the Heavenly Suite was to celebrate a personal milestone with my wife. When booking, we specifically requested if they could prepare towel swans.

We were blown away by DoubleTree's housekeeping! Not only were the swans folded perfectly, but they were also decorated with beautiful sky-blue ribbons.

The ribbons were originally arranged a bit casually, so before my wife walked in, I rearranged them into a heart shape!

This setup really surprised her and added a wonderful romantic atmosphere to the bedroom!

We couldn't bear to take them apart, so by nighttime, we carefully relocated them to the long sofa bench at the foot of the bed. They stayed there until we checked out!

Bathroom Space
The Heavenly Suite's bathroom is fully decked out in granite (the official site calls them Granite Counter Tops/Vanities), including the sinks. It's the only bathroom in the hotel with dual vanity sinks!

Because of the dual sinks, there are two mirrors equipped with built-in lighting. Interestingly, the space between the two mirrors is also mirrored, creating a massive continuous reflective surface that makes the bathroom feel incredibly expansive.

The bathtub is situated right next to a massive scenic window that stretches from the ceiling all the way down to the tub and spans the entire width. This allows tons of natural light to flood the bathroom.

Since we were on the highest floor, towering over the buildings across the street, privacy wasn't a major issue.

However, we still recommend lowering the electronic blackout blinds when showering.
To test the privacy, we actually went down to the street level across from the hotel and had my wife lower the blinds to see what could be seen from below.

When fully lowered, it provides complete coverage. Basically, unless someone is standing right next to the glass, people on the street can only see the ceiling. But since we can't account for residents in the high-rises across the street, it's best to pull the blinds down just to be safe!

By the way, you can also see the Heavenly Suite's terrace from the bathtub window!

The bathtub features a very thoughtful full faucet setup, including a pull-out hand shower that makes rinsing the tub super easy before filling it up.

While it's not a freestanding tub like the ones in the 01 suites, it's incredibly comfortable to lie in. It also has sturdy metal grab bars on both sides to help you get up safely.

The shower room is also extremely spacious—more than enough room for two people to shower comfortably. What's special here is that, unlike standard 01 suites which only have a small shelf for toiletries, the Heavenly Suite's shower includes a built-in seating bench! Yet another exclusive perk.

It's worth noting that DoubleTree's showerheads have a button to switch the spray pattern. Many guests overlook this little detail, but Western guests who are more accustomed to these might notice it right away. Switching it to the massage jet mode makes for an incredibly refreshing shower!

This is the TOTO Concealed Thermostatic Shower System featured in all showers across the hotel! Definitely give it a try if you stay here.

The toilet area features a washlet (bidet) and a conveniently placed telephone.

Looking out from the bathroom door, you can see straight through to the living room. The sense of openness in the suite is spectacular! The partition between the bathroom and bedroom consists of wooden sliding doors, different from the leather sliding doors by the living room. There is also a raised threshold on the floor to prevent any accidental water spillage from the bathroom from ruining the wooden floor in the bedroom. The suite's interior design is truly meticulous.

The natural light from the bedroom's floor-to-ceiling windows can even reach the bathroom.

Terrace and Greenery
The terrace of the Heavenly Suite absolutely blew us away! Keep in mind, a terrace doesn't have a roof like a balcony, meaning it takes the full brunt of the wind and rain. They are notoriously difficult to clean and maintain.

Yet, the terrace here is unbelievably pristine! The tiles have almost zero rain or water stains. You have to realize this is the result of continuous daily housekeeping. If they only cleaned it when guests booked the room, the stains would have built up heavily.

Aside from a few natural fallen leaves from the plants, there was hardly any dirt. It was practically as clean as the indoors!

The greenery out here is also the most diverse. While the balconies of the 02 corner rooms only feature Frangipani trees, this terrace has up to six different types of plants, including two small trees—echoing the "DoubleTree" namesake once again!

The terrace has open views on three sides. On the far left, you can look back at the large bathtub window. You might notice two small frosted glass panels; we assume those cover the area behind the bedroom wardrobe.

Straight ahead is an infinite, unobstructed view of the Taipei cityscape.

To the right, you can see the rolling peaks of Yangmingshan.

Since this side faces the landing path of Taipei Songshan Airport, you can frequently spot airplanes gliding down. In the photo below, you can see a plane passing right over the Grand Hotel. It looks small in the picture, but it feels massive in person. Kids who love airplanes would go crazy for this view!

Looking back up at the hotel from the terrace, you see the building's roof and structure. It utilizes the same glass railing design found on the balconies below, covering the exterior tilework. It beautifully reflects the blue sky and white clouds!

Above the bathroom side, there's another protruding roof terrace, creating a fascinating visual where the upper glass reflects both the sky and the railings below!

And with that, our deep dive into the interior and exterior spaces of the Heavenly Suite is complete! Next, let's talk about DoubleTree's famously renowned in-room breakfast!
In-Room Breakfast - The Breakfast Joint Delayed by Hilton
Since we stayed during the Level 2 pandemic alert, the hotel's breakfast wasn't served buffet-style in the 2nd-floor "Alley" restaurant. Instead, all breakfasts were delivered directly to the rooms. Even so, every single dish—from the main bowls down to the tiny sauce dishes—was meticulously covered in plastic wrap to prevent contamination during delivery. Their dedication to safety is truly reassuring!

DoubleTree's breakfast is famous! Not only is it delicious, but the daily variations ensure you never get bored. As a Diamond member, you always receive their signature cheese egg pancake (Danbing). This is lightyears ahead of normal breakfast joints—the crust is perfectly crispy with incredible "wok hei" (breath of the wok) flavor! It completely earns the title: 【The Breakfast Joint Delayed by Hilton】!

For our second day's breakfast, the Chinese main was loofah noodles, while the Western main was an omelet.

For both nights, we opted for one Chinese and one Western breakfast. The Chinese options tend to have more variations.

On the third day, we had one Chinese and one Western set again, plus another serving of that amazing cheese egg pancake!

The Chinese main dish switched to minced pork rice (yes, I (Fish) am from Tainan, so we call it Rouzao Fan, not Lurou Fan 😜). The slightly sweeter, southern-style flavor completely won over this Tainan boy's heart!

The Western main was scrambled eggs. The side dishes were similar, but the tater tots were swapped out for hash browns. Even with similar items, they make an effort to mix things up. Absolutely wonderful!

Welcome Drinks
Welcome drinks aren't exclusive to the Heavenly Suite, but since we brought them up to the room to take photos, we thought we'd include them in the tour!

Because I hold Diamond status, we received two welcome drink vouchers per night—four drinks total for our two-night stay. During the Level 3 alert, the first-floor "La Salle" lobby lounge was closed, and drinks had to be ordered via room service and delivered to the door, with cocktails only available before 2 PM (canned drinks after). Once downgraded to Level 2, the lounge reopened, and redemption was extended to 9 PM.

On the first day, we redeemed a Gin & Tonic and a Cuba Libre. Bringing them up to the room and pouring them into the suite's glassware instantly set a celebratory mood.

The Heavenly Suite living room remained beautifully bright even into the evening.

We couldn't resist offering our towel swans a sip of the cocktails 😜

On the second day, we opted for their signature Winter Melon Tea and an Iced Latte.

The gradient on the latte was gorgeous. Thank you, Hilton Honors, for the drinks!

We brought them up to the room again, and to preserve the latte's beautiful layers, we drank it straight from the cup! DoubleTree's Winter Melon Tea is an absolute masterpiece—you cannot miss it if you stay here. We honestly think it beats premium bubble tea shops; the flavor is so rich!

How to Book or Get a Free Upgrade to the Heavenly Suite?
As mentioned earlier, DoubleTree Taipei's Heavenly Suite is positioned as a "Small Presidential Suite". The target guests are screened; it's mostly reserved for VVIPs or guests with special requests, subject to approval by the sales and reservations teams based on guest background.
We actually started contacting the reservations team in mid-August to inquire about how to book it.
Generally, there are two ways to get a free upgrade:
- If the hotel is fully booked and you are a Diamond Member. One of the perks of Diamond status is the 48-Hour Room Guarantee. If the hotel happens to be 100% full when you check in, the Heavenly Suite becomes your guaranteed backup room, scoring you a free upgrade. This is a rare edge case. Usually, the hotel anticipates how many Diamond members are checking in the day before, so banking on this method is a massive long shot.

- If you hold Lifetime Diamond Status with Hilton Honors, you can request a free upgrade to the Heavenly Suite. Even if the hotel isn't full, they will likely accommodate you, given your prestigious lifetime status!

Since the Heavenly Suite isn't sold directly, you can't book it by paying upfront via the app or website. The only way is through a paid upgrade, which is exactly how we did it.
However, even if you offer to pay for the upgrade, the staff will ask why you want the suite. They'll consider your Hilton Honors tier, whether you're a regular, and your background before greenlighting it. The exact criteria are up to them, so we can't say for sure what the secret formula is!
Our advice: Diamond regulars with a specific, special reason for staying have the highest chance of success. If they say no, please don't give the staff a hard time! Remember, your attitude determines the service you receive!
We were incredibly lucky to get this room! In mid-August, we found out the hotel was taking advantage of the low pandemic occupancy to close the 17th floor for irregular maintenance. This is why the 17th-floor rooms were occasionally unbookable throughout August and September.
My wife and I booked the two weekdays right after the Mid-Autumn Festival weekend. Booking standard rooms on weekdays is obviously cheaper since rates fluctuate.
We inquired about the nightly upgrade cost (including tax) back in mid-August. Notably, the upgrade fee is also dynamic, which is why we strategically chose to stay during the pandemic to snag a lower rate.
Furthermore, your upgrade fee depends on the gap between your confirmed room type and the Heavenly Suite.
If you booked a standard Guest Room and weren't upgraded by the night before, your quote is based on the jump from "Guest Room" to "Heavenly Suite".

If you were upgraded to a Corner Room (02 or 09 with a balcony), the quote is based on the jump from "Corner Room" to "Heavenly Suite".

If you were upgraded to a Corner Suite (01), the quote is based on the jump from "Corner Suite" to "Heavenly Suite".

Naturally, the higher your starting room category, the cheaper the upgrade fee to the Heavenly Suite!
We almost missed out! The night before check-in, we hadn't been upgraded at all and were stuck in a standard Guest Room. The upgrade fee from a standard room to the Heavenly Suite blew our budget out of the water, so we passed.
Later that evening, we checked the app and saw a "Corner Suite" open up. We quickly called the duty manager to secure our Diamond complimentary upgrade to the "Corner Suite". However, they couldn't immediately approve our paid upgrade to the Heavenly Suite because the 17th-floor maintenance was still scheduled for that week. The manager said they had to confirm with engineering the next morning whether the floor could be opened.
We were super anxious! If the 17th floor stayed closed, we'd be in the Corner Suite—which is great, but defeated the whole purpose of our celebratory trip. We had to either gamble or cancel before noon and reschedule. We decided to roll the dice and keep the booking.
The next morning, we checked in with reservations and the front desk. Finally, the front desk manager called with amazing news: The hotel knew we were celebrating and saw we'd been diligently inquiring about the dynamic upgrade rates since August. Moved by our sincerity, they decided to postpone the 17th-floor maintenance just so we could pay to upgrade to the Heavenly Suite! DoubleTree's service is simply breathtaking!

Since the upgrade fee is dynamic, we won't disclose the exact amount here to prevent unfair comparisons or people giving the reservations team a hard time based on our rate!
If you want to know the upgrade price from any specific room type on a given day, please call the DoubleTree reservations line directly. (📞 +886-2-6618-2174)

Once confirmed, the system correctly displayed our room as "King 1bdrm Dlxste W/balcny". Note that on both the app and website, the price shown will still be your original booking rate—the upgrade fee is not added to that total on the screen, so don't get confused!

The Chinese app also synced to show "Heavenly Suite" while maintaining the original rate display.

We also happened to catch DoubleTree's "Staycation Voucher Bonus Promo" running from August to September 2021: using a $1,200 voucher boosted its value to $1,500, covering up to 50% of the room rate.

We used five of these vouchers, knocking $7,500 off our bill. Just a heads up, these vouchers could only be applied to the original "Flexible Rate" booking, not the paid upgrade portion.

Actually, another cost-effective strategy is booking a room with points, crossing your fingers for a free Diamond upgrade to a Corner Suite, and then requesting a paid upgrade to the Heavenly Suite. That way, you only pay the upgrade difference out of pocket at checkout!
Whether spending points is worth it is subjective. For example, in November 2021, point redemptions at DoubleTree Taipei ranged from 27,000 to 29,000 points per weekday night.

In the end, for our 3-day, 2-night stay, after applying five vouchers, our total came to NTD $7,747 (around $3,874 per night). For the Heavenly Suite with breakfast, four welcome drinks, early check-in at 1:10 PM, and late check-out at 3:05 PM (about 50 hours total in the room), it was an absolute steal!

We have the lower pandemic-era dynamic upgrade rates and the voucher promo to thank for that.
But most importantly, we owe a massive thank you to the reservations supervisor, the front desk manager, and the duty manager. Without their incredible service and their decision to delay the maintenance, we never would have been able to celebrate our milestone in the Heavenly Suite!
Review and Recommended Guests
Having stayed at all three Hilton properties in Taiwan, we can confidently say that DoubleTree by Hilton Taipei Zhongshan has the absolute best soft-skills service! You rarely see this level of detail in the hospitality industry. For instance, their front desk staff are facial recognition masters. Before we even finished scanning our contact-tracing QR codes at the door, the front desk already called out, "Welcome back, Mr. Chen!" It's incredibly heartwarming.
Furthermore, your personalized requests only need to be stated once. They save everything to your member profile—whether you prefer latex pillows, don't eat beef, use a specific e-invoice carrier, or have specific room upgrade preferences. You never have to repeat yourself on future visits. This not only speeds up check-in but makes you feel truly at home. Every front desk team member acts like your personal super-butler! And their generosity with the signature chocolate chip cookies—even offering them to visiting friends—is wonderful.
Of course, when you receive such stellar service, you shouldn't hold back on positive feedback. We made sure to express our gratitude through the app and survey after checkout!

Staying in the Heavenly Suite for our private celebration was an experience worthy of endless praise. The fact that they delayed a maintenance project just so we could stay is incredibly moving. With its exclusive design touches you won't find in any other room here, the Heavenly Suite truly delivers a prestigious experience. It entirely lives up to the title of "Small Presidential Suite".
